Rent agreed on leases that started on Resida between 2 November 2025 and 2 November 2026, by area and number of bedrooms. Other sites show what landlords ask; these are rents people pay. Monthly or quarterly rents are shown as the yearly total.

Not enough leases yet to publish figures without pointing at a single tenancy. An area appears once it has at least 5 leases from 3 different landlords for the same number of bedrooms. Meanwhile, see what homes ask by area.

• Only leases that went live on Resida, which happens after the first payment. Leases still waiting to start are left out.
• Rent is the yearly total, whatever the payment cycle. The middle figure is the median; the range is the middle half of leases.
• A group is shown only with at least 5 leases from at least 3 different landlords, so no figure points at one tenancy or one landlord.
• Rounded to the nearest ₦1,000 and refreshed every few hours.
